Sandals has a free wedding. well, the ceremony part anyway is free. check out their website. Reception would be more. Check it out, but staying there could be pricey for guest. Check out RIU. Those are good. And Almond resort in St Lucia has a free wedding. I would check out big apple vactions, its a website for all inclusives.

You have high expectations for 10k. If you are going to Europe remember there money is worth more then ours. So for every US dollar its about 2 Euros. Africa is very expensive as well. The only places you will find all inclusive resorts is usually on the islands. I think the cheapest would be the Dominican Republic

The Caribbean would definitely be cheaper than any place in Europe; Europe doesn’t usually have all inclusive, which is the cheapest way to go. Jamaica is one of the more expensive places to go all-inclusive in the Caribbean (I just went there to a resort last week). The least expensive all inclusive sun destinations are Cuba and the Dominican Republic. Many resorts will include a free wedding package (the wedding, flowers, private reception room, etc) if you book a certain number of rooms (10 or more people usually). You can also try Panama, I went there two years ago, to a resort on the Pacific Coast, it was a little bit more expensive than Dominican, but less than Jamaica, and it was beautiful and they also have wedding packages.
I was just looking at wedding packages at the resort we stayed at in Jamaica (out of curiosity) and the packages weren’t free, but they were only like $800-1200 more to have your wedding there.
Check out Tripcentral.ca for pricing on resorts, usually you can talk to a representative or look on the resort web page and get information about wedding deals.
I think you could definately do a wedding under $10,000 in Dominican, or be stretching $10,000 in Jamaica. remember that the off season for sun destinations is the opposite of wedding season in North America, booking in the late Spring or Summer can save you money on a destination wedding too.
Good Luck!

First, you have to think Passports, which are now expensive. Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands do not require Passports to go to. They both are very, very nice. Hawaii is something to think about too. You can go to allinclusiveoutlet.com or all-inclusive.com to check out some good deals for some of the areas that you want. Have a super Wedding!
Happy Honeymoon!

Montego Bay, or Ocho Rios Jamaica is nice, or Hawaii. Like another poster said, make sure you have passports.
