Why not get married on a cruise ship that makes a few stops in Mexico ? In a way, a cruise ship is an "All-inclusive" floating resort. The Captain of the ship can preform the ceremony; your Guests can celebrate your marriage and also have a mini-vacation. There are so many cruise lines and you could have a 3 day, 5 day,7 day, etc. I think you will find the cost per day (per person) is a much better deal than staying in a resort (air fare,hotel,transportation,etc) If you still want to get married in Mexico, you should start with the consulate and get some directives from them. Like previous person it is a hassle for a foreigner to get married here. Get married in the states and have the party in Puerto Vallarta at an all inclusive hotel.
